Shooting nets became popular due to the MTV show Rob and Big. "Net guns" are for self defense and safe animal capture; they are not for recreation and shout not be used on friends or non-threatening humans. Shooting nets shoot nets out up to 15 meters.
You will need to get an Air Tank from a paintball store that has a 450PSI regulator. Make sure you fill up to the highlighted green area only; which is shown in video below.
